Tucked away in Sussex woodland, Missing Link Brewing is an ambitious microbrewery with an on-site taproom, based in the heart of the Sussex Weald on Chiddinglye Farm. The brewery and taproom sit side by side, surrounded by trees, farmland, and open paths, making the place as much about spending time here as it is about the beer itself.
We are not just another microbrewery, although we do make rather good beer. Missing Link Brewing was created to do things a little differently, with a focus on balance and quality rather than chasing trends. The taproom is central to that idea, offering a space where our beers can be enjoyed fresh, in the setting they were brewed for, without pretence or pressure.

The brewery is built around state-of-the-art brewing equipment, giving us the control and consistency needed to explore modern styles while keeping our beers balanced and drinkable. That same attention to detail carries through to the taproom, where what you drink is a direct reflection of what we care about in the brewing process. If it is not a pleasure to drink, it does not belong here.
Being based on a working farm keeps us grounded, and brewing in the Sussex Weald means we are constantly aware of the landscape around us and our place within it. The brewery and taproom are part of that environment, not separate from it, and the connection between land, beer, and people shapes the way the space feels and how we work every day.
