How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at £6.35 for packages containing beer/larger items or £4.55 for packages that don't need to be sent in a box. There are higher charges for Scotland and Northern Ireland. For a full breakdown of rates please see the below table:

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We aim to pick and pack orders within 1-2 working days. During busy periods we may increase this processing time. Once dispatched the order is generally next working day delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We use APC as our courier service and you will be sent tracking information directly from APC once your order has left Missing Link Brewing.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the 5 day limit, please check your tracking information and contact us directly on sales@missinglinkbrewing.comAlternatively, you can contact APC directly on: 0800 37 37 37 and provide them with your tracking number.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes. If there is no-one at home, the APC driver will leave a calling card. You can call to either rearrange delivery or arrange a collection from your local depot. Please note: Missing Link Brewing cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you weren't in to receive your package.
Can I add an item to an existing order?
Unfortunately this is not something our system allows us to do.
Can I change my delivery details?
Yes, you can change your delivery details by emailing us promptly on: sales@missinglinkbrewing.comAlternatively, contact us to request that you have your order left in a safe place/with a neighbour if you aren't going to be home. Please note: Missing Link Brewing cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you’ve provided an incorrect address.
